What to Expect from a FSMA Inspection?

Who should attend:
Fruit and vegetable growers and others interested in learning about produce safety and what to expect from a Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Inspection. FSMA is a law with which certain fresh fruit and vegetable growers may need to comply. Inspections will begin in 2019. Phil Tocco from MSU-E and other experts will present how you can prepare your farm for a FSMA audit and have your farm ready for a successful audit.
